Our Founder

H. Sanford Rudnick is a graduate of UCLA in 1974 and Lincoln Law school in 1978. He has been a practicing labor consultant for over 40 years. Although Mr. Rudnick is a law school graduate, he is not an attorney and he has not been admitted to practice law in any state. Throughout his educational career he has developed a specialized interest in the field of labor relations. He has studied all facets of management, such as personnel relations, production efficiency, motivation of employees, developing cost-effective benefit plans, collective bargaining and Union elections.

Mr. Rudnick's philosophy in the field of labor relations is based on the belief that Management should have the freedom to run their company according to their own best judgement and to maximize the resulting profits. Management also has the responsibility to treat their employees fairly, so that both employees and the company will prosper. Towards these objectives, we believe the best path is through successful negotiation and education.
